Audience Response System in Bangalore

A word of appreciation for the eM Play format. It is a wonderful format to be conducting Quizzes with high degree of efficiency. I also got educated on the other application areas for the eM Play concept (non-quiz events) and am really amazed at its capability to engage large audiences.

I am truly delighted that we used audience response system in our CME programs. This has truly increased the inter action of the audience and the feedback from the participants is very positive, as this avoids the monotony of lectures and makes the sessions more enjoyable.

The Kotak ‘Chasing Growth’ was a successful event. The fact that audience poll after every break kept guests alert enough to return on time after the break. This resulted in timely and smooth progression of the event. This would not have been possible without your association with the event. The glee that those little black pieces (votometers) brought was a delight to witness.

We had a fantastic game show during the induction of the team into a new division. The participants were at the edge of the seats. I appreciate the efforts, quality of work and your team is superb. I would surely be looking forward for more such events from your team.

We used it twice, once for an internal employee meet on the occasion of Quality Day. Based on the response we received we decided to take it to our customers and had it on our Annual Customers Meet. Having strength of around 1800 people, we had two games, the Klooless & the SMS based game show A2E, working on our Airtel GPRS platform for the first time in India.

The response was great. The program started with the show after which we had Mr. Shankar Mahadevan’s performance live, guests waited for the live performance to get over and were thronging the counter to play the game.

The concept of A2E, STP and 6 of a Kind really gripped the people in our Family Day for over an hour’s time. The game show helped us create participation spirit, enthusiasm and of course team spirit. Our people liked it a lot. It was excellent and the entire game show was a great success.

The best part of the game show is the ease with which everyone can participate. Also, the modules are uncomplicated to explain and can incorporate changes as required.

A sponsor has the benefit of being seen throughout the activity with a few questions thrown in on the brand(s). The HR departments of all corporate companies will heave a sigh of relief since they have been on the lookout for exciting, new activities to keep their employees enthused.

Most Corporate organizations have regular parties with the routine music and Antakshari. This game show should change the perspective of such parties.

The concept of Game show was well integrated with a training module on Team Building. It was effectively put to use to understand how the teams have understood the concepts of teams and leadership skills during the training.

It helped the trainer, to assess for himself about the effectiveness of the program and helped the participants to integrate their learning during the program, while also adding a lot of fun element to it.

It was for the first time that we experienced the pulse of live interactive quizzing. Live because you got to instantly see the participants’ responses with their scores analysis, and interactive because you instantly involve audiences. Paving the way for a more involved style of quizzing the Radio Frequency format of quizzing was almost electrifying.

The quiz rounds were innovative and intriguing. It aroused a lot of interest and excitement among the participants, teachers and the audience. I, without any iota of doubt can say that the Business Quiz was a feather in the cap of our Annual Fest, Carpe Diem.
